In the second step we focus to qualify and reduce the longlist to a “shortlist”. The potential suppliers are post-qualified and evaluated based on specific requirement criteria of our customers. In consultation with the customer, these are usually general criteria such as company size, creditworthiness, production locations or specific requirements such as technical competencies, production capacities, innovative capabilities and more .
The shortlist obtained in this way forms the basis for selection of the best suppliers.
